Gene Phillips joins Prosperant as a principal consultant

LONDON, UK, 19 June 2023 – Prosperant, the legal world’s leading management consultancy, is pleased to announce that Gene Phillips will be working with the firm as a principal consultant from his base in Los Angeles, California.  Phillips will assist the Prosperant team on complex projects, including both for US firms looking to expand their domestic and international exposure and for UK-based and other global firms seeking to establish a US presence.  

 

Phillips brings his international experience and network to the team at Prosperant, having consulted for litigation powerhouses and boutique firms in the US, Australia, Canada, the UK and the Netherlands over the past 13 years. A senior figure in the world of litigation, Phillips has provided strategic consulting and expert witness services on some of the world’s most complex and high-profile commercial disputes as the CEO of PF2 Securities and as a Special Advisor to Validity Finance.  Prior to that, he worked with Citigroup Alternative Investments, a New York-based hedge fund.  He began his Wall Street career in the Derivatives group at Moody’s Investors Service.

Phillips is the third senior addition to the Prosperant team this year. In February, Tina Fordham, ex-Citi geopolitical strategist to global investors and the C-Suite, joined the firm as a principal senior adviser, followed by Ian Moyler, formerly Senior Clerk at Brick Court Chambers in London for over 30 years.
