LONDON, UK. October 14th, 2026 – Roundhouse AI has announced that it has joined AIM, the London Stock Exchange’s growth market, under the ticker RHAI, as it scales its trust, data and reputation layer for the AI agent economy.
The company, which officially joined AIM on 13 October, provides data for the AI agent economy.
The move to AIM marks a new stage for Roundhouse as it accelerates the rollout of its products and grows its commercial operations.
As more AI agents start to buy and sell on their own, Roundhouse expects businesses to need more trusted data on which agents they can transact with confidently.
Matthew Lodge, CEO of Roundhouse said: “We are thrilled to announce our admission to AIM, which represents an important milestone for Roundhouse as we scale the trust, data and reputation layer for the AI agent economy.
“As AI agents move towards carrying out transactions and dealing with businesses on their own, reliable identity, reputation and payment data has never been more important. Businesses need to know which agent they’re dealing with, who is behind it and whether its track record can be trusted. Roundhouse is focused on giving them that data, so the AI agent economy can grow with confidence.”
Roundhouse already captures this data from live AI agent activity.
Its products include the x402 Facilitator, which processes on-chain payments between AI agents and merchants, and the Indexed Reputation Graph, which tracks agent activity to build a picture of each agent’s reputation.
Roundhouse’s platform is a source of data and intelligence for the AI agent economy. As the market grows, that data will power Agent Reputation Scores and an aGDP Index, a measure of the economic activity AI agents generate.
Matthew Lodge added: “Imagine hiring an employee without a CV, references or background checks – that is exactly what companies are doing with AI agents.
“Nobody can currently tell you which agents are reliable, which are frauds or which simply don’t work. Roundhouse is answering that question using real data, not guesswork. We built this software because we believe that within five years, it’s infrastructure that a huge part of this new economy is going to depend on.”
AIM admission follows the publication of the company’s admission document on 7 October. Roundhouse has raised £1.5 million, before expenses, through a placing of 30 million new ordinary shares at 5p each, arranged by broker Clear Capital Markets.
The funds will support research and development, commercial rollout and the company’s wider growth plans.
A separate retail offer raised a further £92,105.55, before expenses, through the issue of 1,842,111 new ordinary shares at 5p each. The Company’s shares are no longer quoted on Aquis.
