Over a third of lawyers say they are likely to change their job in 2024
BRIGHTON, UK. 2nd February 2024 - Annual research conducted by G2 Legal, a leading legal recruitment company, has revealed that 35% of their candidates stated that they are ‘very likely’ or ‘likely’ to change their jobs in 2024.  This is an increase of 7 percentage points from 2023, whereby 28% stated that they are likely to change jobs.

The survey also asked candidates about their working habits, with 78% stating that they currently work in a hybrid model and 19% stating they work fully in an office. However, when asked about their preferred working model, only 6% respondents said that they want to work fully in an office.

The study was sent to over 30,000 candidates held on G2 Legal’s proprietary database. The survey was open between 4th December 2023 and 4th January 2024. For more information on the survey or to contact G2 Legal, click HERE.
