Camarillo, California ‒ Meissner Corporation announced the release of its 2025 Sustainability Report, which spotlights progress in climate strategy, waste mitigation, and community engagement. The full report is available at www.meissner.com/sustainability.
Meissner obtained limited assurance from an independent auditor for its Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG inventory, strengthening the transparency and rigor of how the company measures and reports its emissions. Meissner is preparing to submit decarbonization targets to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) for validation by the end of 2026.
Meissner also advanced waste management efforts. Working with suppliers to procure larger custom tubing coils reduced scrap waste by approximately 75% in one implementation. A composting program at the company’s onsite cafeteria in California diverted more than 4,000 pounds of compostable waste from landfills in just a few months. New recycling protocols and employee education drove an increase of more than 30% in recycled materials year over year, including an increase of more than 50% in recycled cardboard.
Community engagement also grew in 2025. Meissner expanded its partnerships with educational institutions in California, Georgia, and Ireland, employees volunteered with food banks in Southern California and Northeast Georgia, and the company took part in environmental cleanup efforts in Castlebar, Ireland, and Athens, Georgia.
