London, UK. April, 2026 – Engage Business Media has unveiled further details of the Engage Employee Summit 2026, returning to Evolution London on 20–21 May with more than 3,000 senior attendees, 250 speakers and 120 exhibitors across a main stage and six specialist topic stages.

Built around the theme “Putting People at the Heart of the Organisation”, the Summit will unite senior HR, people, internal communications, reward, wellbeing, DEI, talent and culture leaders from some of the world’s most recognisable brands to explore both the realities of work today and the future of work in an AI-enabled world.

Now in its 11th year and expanded to a two-day format, the Engage Employee Summit is structured around a high-impact Main Stage complemented by six dedicated content stages: Organisational Culture & HR Leadership; Talent, Skills & Workforce Evolution; Internal Communications & Employee Voice; Communication & the Connected Workplace; Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion; and Reward, Recognition & Benefits.

This design enables delegates to move between visionary keynotes, hands‑on case studies and discipline-specific deep dives while engaging with cross-functional themes such as trust, AI, inclusion and the changing value exchange at work.

The Main Stage will set the tone for the Summit with sessions led by a line-up of C-Suite speakers. Delegates will hear from organisations including Space NK, Oxfam, Samsung Electronics, BBC News, Sky, Monzo and Lloyds Banking Group as they explore the talent agenda, the trust imperative and how leadership must adapt in an AI-driven world.

Together, these brands will tackle questions such as how to build a workforce ready for what’s next, what must change – and what must not – as AI redesigns work, and what is really keeping senior HR and people leaders awake at night.

On the Organisational Culture & HR Leadership stage, delegates will hear how leading brands are turning values and purpose into lived culture. Speakers from The White Company, AXA, bp, Nestlé UK&I, Halfords and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts will share how they are building cultures that drive engagement, retention and performance.

The Wellbeing & Inclusion stage will bring together experts from HSBC, Entain Group, Aviva, Bupa, Unilever and JLR to explore topics including neurodivergent talent, psychological safety, women’s health, inclusion ROI and how wellbeing and inclusion can be embedded as business-critical priorities rather than optional extras.
Two dedicated Internal Communications stages – Internal Communications & Employee Voice, and Internal Communications & the Connected Workplace – will showcase how global brands are reimagining how they listen and communicate.

Confirmed speakers include Samsung Electronics, Betfred, Evri, Sky, BBC News, ODEON Cinemas Group, Holland & Barrett, Visa, British Airways Euroflyer, Starbucks and ASOS. Their sessions will cover everything from communicating through constant change and listening at scale to proving the impact of internal comms and keeping the human voice alive in an automated world.

On the Reward, Recognition & Future Benefits stage, senior reward leaders will explore how to design modern value propositions that genuinely resonate. Speakers will represent brands including Jet2.com, Gymshark, British Airways, Whitbread, Next and Auto Trader, covering the signalling power of reward and recognition, financial wellbeing, the future of benefits and how to do more with less while still supporting the whole person.

The Talent, Skills & Workforce Evolution stage will feature organisations such as British Airways Euroflyer, GAIL’s, Standard Chartered, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Knight Frank and the British Heart Foundation.

They will address skills-based workforce planning, internal mobility, leadership development and why people stay, set against the backdrop of AI, changing expectations and tight labour markets.

Alongside the content across all stages, the exhibition will feature over 120 leading solution providers spanning employee listening, internal comms platforms, wellbeing and mental health, DEI, reward and recognition, benefits, AI and automation, learning and skills, and workforce analytics.

Delegates will be able to see live demonstrations, compare solutions and explore new partnerships that can help turn strategic ambitions for people and culture into operational reality. Networking and peer learning are built into the design of the Summit, with structured networking breaks for 1:1 discussions, topic-led conversations and supplier meetings, plus an evening Night Summit after Day One.

The Startup Innovation Village will spotlight emerging software and technology providers that are redefining the future of employee experience, HR and internal communications. Curated to sit alongside the main exhibition, this dedicated area will give delegates the chance to meet early-stage and fast-growth innovators working on next-generation solutions across AI, listening and analytics, wellbeing, recognition, talent, learning and the digital workplace.

The 2026 Engage Employee Summit is free to attend for qualifying senior HR and People leaders, offering an all-access pass to main stage keynotes, specialist stages, the exhibition and networking opportunities.

Limited sponsorship and partnership opportunities remain, and organisations interested in positioning their brand at the heart of the Summit are encouraged to get in touch as soon as possible.
