BELFAST, UK. September 15th, 2026 – Belfast digital agency GEKKOSHOT has been named a finalist at the Irish eCommerce Awards 2026, in the B2C eCommerce Website of the Year category, for its rebuild of the website for Portadown handmade gift brand Just Dandy.
Winners will be announced at a black-tie ceremony at The Round Room at The Mansion House in Dublin on Friday 18 September 2026.
Just Dandy is run by proprietors Lee Ann and Gordon Dreyer, who make handmade robots, lamps, jewellery and home decor from a workshop in a converted linen mill in Portadown. Every piece is one of a kind, built by hand from salvaged parts and reclaimed metal.
GEKKOSHOT, which had hosted the brand’s original site, rebuilt it and relaunched in November 2025. Across matched trading periods either side of the launch, online revenue almost tripled, with average order value rising by 69%.
Warren Giffin, Digital Director at GEKKOSHOT, said: “Just Dandy is exactly the kind of brand this industry should be celebrating. Two people, making things by hand that nobody else can make. Our job was to build a site that did the work justice and then got out of its way. Seeing it recognised at national level, and seeing what it’s meant for the business, is the part of this job that makes it worth doing.”
The Irish eCommerce Awards recognise the best ecommerce websites, campaigns and teams across the island of Ireland.
GEKKOSHOT is a Belfast digital agency working in web design, SEO and AI visibility.
