MORAY, UK. May 18th, 2026 – Moray based aes renewables has reached a major milestone, becoming the first installer in Scotland to complete 1,000 Tesla Powerwall installations.

The achievement marks years of commitment, teamwork and care, built through a close working relationship with Tesla and a shared focus on quality. The team has been installing Tesla Powerwall systems since 2016, supporting households to store renewable energy and feel more confident about how they power their homes.

Tesla Powerwall is designed to store renewable energy for when it’s needed most, helping households make better use of the power they generate and feel more secure day to day. For customers, it brings independence, resilience and peace of mind. Within the partnership, it reflects a shared approach to doing things properly and delivering systems that are built to last.

As a Tesla Premium Partner, it is trusted to meet high standards in system design, installation quality and long‑term customer care.

Emma Bradley, Account Manager for Residential Energy UK at Tesla, said: “Reaching 1,000 Powerwall installations is a fantastic achievement and a real credit to the whole aes renewables team. Working together over the years has been a genuine pleasure. The care, consistency and pride they bring to every installation really stands out, and it’s been rewarding to see what we’ve achieved together.”

For the team, the milestone is about more than numbers. It reflects a strong local presence in Moray, a growing workforce, and nearly five decades of experience supporting customers long after installation day.

Jamie Di Sotto, Commercial Director for aes renewables said: “This milestone reflects a relationship built over many years, grounded in trust, consistency and a shared commitment to doing things properly. We’re proud to work alongside a partner that places such a strong emphasis on quality, innovation and long‑term thinking, but this is also an opportunity to thank the customers across Scotland who continue to place their confidence in us.”

Phil Moyne, Head of Electrical for aes renewables said: “Achieving this milestone is about maintaining high standards across every installation, without exception. Our electrical teams work to high technical standards every day, and being trusted to deliver at this scale is something we take seriously. It’s also encouraging to see Tesla continuing to develop its wider energy offering in the UK, with a clear intention to support how households generate, store and use their energy.”
