The 37 Weenie Challenge hopes to guide you through five daily tasks that will help you succeed in business and your personal life. In the latest episode of the affectionately titled ‘Weeniecast‘ (“Business Strategy For Weenie ADHD-preneurs”) we learn the reasons why challenges like 75 Hard don’t work for people with ADHD.
Certified business strategist Katie McManus – who has been diagnosed with the condition – created the show to teach others the many strategies she’s learned to be successful in the demanding world of business ownership.
As we all know, early January is a time of enthusiasm and excitement for people wanting to reach new goals. That’s why this episode has been timed for release around New Year, so that people with ADHD have the best possible chance of ticking off their resolutions in a framework that will work for them!
Katie’s hoping to educate Apple Podcast’s many millions of podcast devotees on how they can make massive improvements to their life in 2023 using her 37 day approach.
Katie said: “Bigger commitment challenges don’t work for us folks with ADHD. We need to be able to chunk it down, with a quicker route to the endorphin hits.
Just working solidly for 75 days before we can celebrate a win is too overwhelming. My “37 Weenie Challenge” helps them get there in half the time. And the challenges are much more ADHD friendly too!”
Among the tasks being presented to willing listeners and participants are drinking more, reading more, and being more proactive with marketing.
