BASINGSTOKE, UK. January 21st, 2026 – Newsome has announced the appointment of Mikey O’Neill as Project Manager, strengthening the company’s delivery capability across capital sales and rental projects throughout the South of England.
Based at Newsome’s Basingstoke office, Mikey will be responsible for managing projects across process cooling, industrial heating, ventilation and air conditioning. His role will support the continued expansion of Newsome’s operations in the region, as demand grows across industrial and commercial sectors.
Mikey brings a strong technical background alongside proven project management experience. His expertise spans complex cooling systems and HVAC installations, enabling him to support customers from early planning stages through to installation, commissioning and ongoing support. His appointment is expected to further enhance Newsome’s ability to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high technical standard.
