Micom Technologies Named as a Supplier on NHS SBS Framework to Support Public Sector Communications

Coventry, UK. 6th March 2026 – Micom Technologies has been named as a supplier on the NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) Patient/Citizen Communication, Engagement and Hybrid Mail Solutions Framework Agreement (Reference SBS10521), across:
  • Lot 1 – Online/Digital Communication
  • Lot 2 – Messaging
  • Lot 3 – Voice
  • Lot 4 – Hybrid Mail
  • Lot 7 – Combined Solutions
This appointment provides NHS organisations and approved public sector bodies with a compliant route to access Micom’s multi-channel communication services through the framework agreement.

The Patient/Citizen Communication, Engagement and Hybrid Mail Solutions Framework Agreement supports healthcare and public sector organisations in improving how they communicate with patients, citizens and service users. 

The agreement enables customers to access a range of solutions, including digital messaging, SMS, email, hybrid mail and engagement platforms through pre-procured Lots.

By accessing Micom through the framework agreement, eligible organisations can run a further competition or make a direct award in line with procurement regulations, reducing the administrative burden associated with running a standalone tender.
