This in in addition to the four new print machines purchased in 2025, doubling the printing capacity of PB Leisurewear.

Established over two decades ago, PB Leisurewear has consistently maintained a prominent position within the UK’s branded clothing sector. The company’s latest initiative follows a period of sustained growth, highlighted by the production and delivery of more than two million branded items since its inception. In the past year alone, PB Leisurewear has recorded a 25% increase in client numbers, reflecting both operational resilience and market demand.

Director Scott Wilson said: “We now deal with every major manufacturer there is. We have been building bridges with them constantly, and that has got to the point where we don’t believe our offer can be matched, given we have our own factory, right here in the UK, finishing every piece and hand packing every order we do.”

PB Leisurewear’s approach is distinguished by its commitment to local manufacturing, quality assurance, and customer service. Every product is finished and packed by hand at the company’s Surrey facility, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the production process.

In addition to expanding its production capabilities, PB Leisurewear is investing in digital infrastructure. The forthcoming launch of a new website and Customer Portal will enable clients to monitor every stage of their order, from initial contact to final delivery, thereby enhancing transparency and the overall client experience.

Scott Wilson added: “We are very proud of what we can offer. The fact our factory is managed by us, we control everything, and that’s important. And now we are adding this Customer Portal, we are going to make their journey much nicer. It is all about the client experience for us and we want that to be its best, which this will provide for.”

As PB Leisurewear enters its 22nd year, the company’s substantial investments in both production capacity and digital services reflect a forward-looking strategy focused on long-term growth and customer satisfaction. By doubling embroidery capacity and enhancing client engagement tools, PB Leisurewear reaffirms its position as a standard-bearer for quality and reliability in the UK branded clothing market.
