People first culture drives record results as team happiness reaches 87% and eNPS climbs to +75.

Wilmslow, UK. March 17th, 2026 – Hosted Desktop UK, HDUK, has reported its highest team happiness score to date, marking another milestone in the company’s 16-year growth journey.

Since 2010, HDUK has built its reputation by delivering managed IT, hosted desktop, and cyber security solutions to law firms and accountancy practices across the UK. Over the past 16 years, the business has continued to grow steadily, with its team now representing more than 150 years of combined service across the workforce.

Now, the company’s latest employee survey results are shining a light on another important area of success, its workplace culture.

The survey found that:
• 88% of employees trust management
• 87% report positive wellbeing
• 84% say they love the work they do

HDUK’s overall happiness score has increased by 4% since the previous quarter to reach 87%, while its Employee Net Promoter Score, eNPS, has risen by a further 2 points to +75.

The results reflect HDUK’s long standing belief that when people feel valued, supported, and trusted, they do their best work. For a business operating in high trust sectors such as legal and accountancy, that culture is seen as central not only to employee retention, but also to the level of service clients receive.

HDUK believes that creating a positive working environment has played a key role in its continued growth. As the business has expanded, it has remained focused on building a workplace where people feel appreciated, listened to and motivated to contribute to the wider success of the company.

Debbie Cunliffe, Chief of Staff at HDUK, said:

“I so love working here. To really feel appreciated where you spend so much time is a gift in itself.”

The strength of the latest results comes at a time when many businesses across the UK are continuing to focus on retention, wellbeing, and workplace performance. For HDUK, the findings support the view that investing in people is not simply the right thing to do, it also makes strong commercial sense.

A positive culture can help create better collaboration, stronger employee loyalty, and a more consistent experience for clients. In sectors where trust, reliability, and responsiveness matter, HDUK sees those qualities as closely linked to the wellbeing and engagement of its team.

With a growing workforce, strong employee loyalty, and a clear commitment to creating a positive workplace, HDUK continues to demonstrate that business success and employee happiness can go hand in hand. The latest survey results represent more than a positive internal milestone, they underline the importance of building a company culture that supports people, strengthens performance, and creates a foundation for long term growth.
