LANCASHIRE, UK. November 12th, 2025 – Leading executive recruiters Walmsley Wilkinson have successfully supported fragrance manufacturer Carvansons with plans to grow and strengthen their leadership team.
Having opened a state of the art facility in Lancashire and expanded its international presence further, Carvansons identified the need to create several new senior roles within the business.
Walmsley Wilkinson assisted in defining job descriptions and person specifications, benchmarking salary requirements, identifying, screening, interviewing and assessing potential candidates, providing shortlists, devising interview formats and managing all communication.
