WILTSHIRE, UK. December 1st 2025 – Recruitment consultancy, CMD Recruitment has announced the creation of a dedicated LinkedIn group designed to support HR professionals across the South West who are currently seeking new employment opportunities.
The initiative aims to provide a free accessible centralised hub for HR-related vacancies, updates and market insights at a time when many professionals are navigating an increasingly dynamic employment landscape.
The group, established and managed by CMD Recruitment, will provide a weekly curated list of HR roles from across the region.

Operations Manager at CMD Recruitment, Dan Barfoot who has more than 20 years of experience in the recruitment sector, explained that HR professionals can often face unique challenges when they find themselves between roles.

In addition to job postings, the LinkedIn group will also share monthly HR employment statistics, enabling professionals to remain up to date with trends influencing the sector.
This includes anticipated developments such as changes associated with the Employment Charter and other regional employment markers.
The group is open to HR professionals at all career stages, as well as those seeking a clearer understanding of the evolving employment landscape.
