The National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting is the electrical contracting industry’s independent voluntary body for electrical installation matters throughout the UK. In an ever increasing climate of having to demonstrate competence, NICEIC Certification can help you or the people in your business achieve the required competency of individuals and WA Electrical is proud to announce that it is an affiliate of the NICEIC.

WA Electrical training courses are aligned to the NICEIC standards in our Part P qualification course which relates to regulations that deal with handling domestic installations.

The course covers design, installation, inspection and testing and certification of electrical installation work associated with dwellings, intended to operate at low or extra low voltage.

The NICEIC also promotes different standards that electrical courses from WA Electrical use. These standards are geared to help with handling modern features that can be found in many of today’s newest electrical applications.

WA also focus on City and Guilds 2391 and BS 7671 Seventeenth Edition electrical application training, including standards that relate to PAT testing (Portable Appliance Testing) so you are totally covered for today’s electrical needs.

Only the best training facilities around the UK are able to work with NICEIC endorsements and as a result, up-and-coming electricians are looking into WA Electrical now more than ever before.

Students that take electrical design training courses and other services from WA Electrical can receive endorsements from the NICEIC. The group’s Roll of Approved Contractors works only with electricians that have passed all standards that the NICEIC has set up. An electrician that is on the Roll of Approved Contractors has a greater chance of contractual work going forward. It’s little wonder that electricians of all ages are registering with WA Electrical for their educational needs.

The endorsement of WA Electrical by the NICEIC is due to WA’s longstanding principles of quality. WA Electrical works with only the highest standards and the best instructional courses for electrical training needs – creating a brighter future for the electrical trade throughout the UK.
