Yesterday, voice-first SaaS startup telbee launched their first product, Vox: the voice messaging platform for business. Within the first couple of hours of their product being listed, Vox had been named number 1 ‘product of the day’, a highly sought-after position.
Vox is currently listed on Product Hunt as one of the top products of the day, and telbee have high hopes that Vox will be awarded another prestigious top spot as Product Hunt’s ‘product of the week’.
Vox was created for businesses, communities, websites and podcasters looking for a communication and support method that would not only be faster and easier, but which would also allow them to engage their customers and fans more personally, and be more accessible to people who find it difficult or impossible to type.
The growing startup is excited about the reception of their voice-first platform, which they built to empower organisations of all shapes and sizes to build genuine, long-lasting relationships with their customers by listening to and speaking with each other person to person.
Last month, during their closed beta, telbee received overwhelmingly positive feedback from Vox’s testers, with participants including entrepreneurs, teachers, marketing agencies and community leaders commenting that the platform was incredibly easy to install, easy to use and incredibly well received by their audience.
After the enormous success of their closed beta and the very positive reception on Product Hunt this morning, telbee are excited to spread the word about Vox and invite businesses and brands across the world to join the conversation.
Quote from telbee’s Founder:
“At telbee, we feel extremely excited and also humbled by the way people have responded to our voice-first messaging platform. Vox’s huge success at this early stage has confirmed what we’ve always believed – that businesses want to listen just as much as consumers want to be heard.
Being awarded number 1 product of the day on Product Hunt is a real honour, and we’re proud to have taken a big step towards realising our mission to make the internet feel more human.
We launched Vox to empower organisations to use their most valuable communication tool – voice – to engage with and understand their customers like never before.
Moving forward, we want businesses to be able to enhance their relationships with their customers, boost engagement and improve accessibility by combining the convenience of instant messaging with the personal touch of a phone call – because, fundamentally, we believe that when people talk, good things happen.”
Founded in 2018 by Nico Phair, telbee is a UK-based voice tech SaaS startup that’s revolutionising the way brands communicate with their audiences. With the launch of their first product Vox, telbee’s aim is to provide brands with all the tools they need to listen to their customers and engage them in real, human conversation.
telbee’s goal is to build a world where customer relationships are human relationships; where technology enhances conversations, not limits them; and where it is as easy to listen as it is to talk.
