Some of the UKs leading chefs got their hands on Terinex EDGE dispensers at this years Hotelympia. EDGE dispensers were used in the Salon Culinaire Internationale de Londres kitchens during the show, allowing leading chefs to experience the versatile dispensing system for themselves. During the course of the competition some 430 chefs competed across 33 different competition classes in Live Theatre, with a further 60 chefs in La Parade des Chefs, the fine dining restaurant feature.
