Prime-quality materials and soft, subtle shades: Bizzotto design concept for 2016
Pure shapes and precious elements: these are what lies behind the Bizzotto design concept for 2016, to be presented at the 55th edition of the Salone del Mobile in Milan (12-17 April), the prestigious international showcase dedicated to designer furnishings.
Since 1973, the Bizzotto family has been carrying forth an authentically Italian tradition, with furnishings that are a perfect blend of classic luxury and sophisticated trends. Bizzotto’s creations recall the graceful outlines of classic style, given a fresh, contemporary accent to shape stylish, avant-garde living solutions. Made-to-measure creations, painstaking attention to detail and a complete range of bespoke solutions to furnish homes and businesses throughout.
Starting out from Diamond, the flagship collection that has earned Bizzotto widespread renown, the company will be presenting a new mood set to enhance surfaces with prime-quality materials and trompe l’oeil finishes. The elegantly soft, subtle shapes bring a timeless allure to the furnishing accessories, the fruit of the experience and philosophy that is Bizzotto’s hallmark. Clean-cut, clearly defined shapes reminiscent of the 1940s awaken intense emotions, partly thanks to the delicate colors featured. Unique items that seamlessly blend art with technology to create light, airy atmospheres, bringing warmth and character to settings where the art of fine living comes into its own.
The exhibition concept for the 2016 edition of the Salone divides the stand into three areas, accompanying the visitor on a sensory journey through vibrant living spaces. A warm, engaging living area, with the main focus on the new collection Infinity with veining patterns that mark the wooden sideboard and the comfortable softness of the sofa, embellished with a decorative pattern all of its own. The living area is separated from the dining room by a double-sided bookcase in which glass, steel and wood come together to shape a light, modern framework. The dining area features an oval table crafted in wood and marble, along with two small cocktail cabinets that share the sophisticated contemporary style of the bookcase. The pale, neutral colours of the finishes are also a hallmark feature of the sleeping area, with different woods and lacquered finishes for modern, suspended surfaces.
The combination of different, trend-inspired materials, the use of light, glossy colors, the beautifully sophisticated finishes and woods that come together to create geometric effects: these are the cornerstones of the 2016 style from Bizzotto, whose core business is rooted in fine craftsmanship Made in Italy.
The company’s wide-ranging experience in devising and crafting complete furnishing solutions allows Bizzotto to offer over 160 colours and finishes, carefully selected raw materials and sophisticated craftsmanship techniques, able to satisfy the needs of a varied clientele seeking contemporary, luxury solutions.
