The three tools that Zonka Feedback has released its first set of integrations with are Slack, Google Sheets and Mailchimp. Slack, a very popular communication and collaboration tool, can integrate with Zonka Feedback and customers can set up Survey Response Notifications, Custom Alerts and Surveys to Slack Users and Channels directly. Google Sheets is popularly used as it brings spreadsheets to a Cloud Platform and makes spreadsheets easy to create and collaborate on. With Google Sheets and Zonka Feedback integration, customers can send new Survey Responses to new or existing Google Sheets automatically. Mailchimp is a high-rated and one of the most popular email marketing tools available in the market. With the Mailchimp and Zonka Feedback integration, new Survey Respondents or Contacts from Zonka Feedback can automatically be added to Mailchimp Lists and Audiences.
These integrations make working with multiple tools easy and effective and will be available to all Zonka Feedback Customers in all the plans.
