A journalist turned PR specialist is celebrating his first six months in business by working for free.
After years in the business Patrick donated his beer-stained suits to Aberdeen Forensic Laboratory and left corporate life to write from the heart.
Patrick said: “Paying for publicity can be a hit or miss affair, so to remove any financial risk from you I will write and distribute a press release free of charge with absolutely no obligation.
“I want you to see how good my service is with no cost to yourself.
“No catch, no gimmick. The way I see it is that if you benefit from my introductory offer, then maybe you’ll return as a paying customer – simple as that.”
Trained and mentored by former Fleet Street journalist and media entrepreneur Peter Steele Patrick went on to write for every UK national newspaper and most television and radio networks.
He then branched out to public relations representing high-profile public figures and organisations.
He created Jesmond Media in 2020 to concentrate on what he loves – writing stories and seeing them in print.
