Cambridge, MA – February 15, 2021 – Uplift Ventures the company behind the Uplift Jet Lag App has successfully closed another round of seed funding this month for $500,000. This recent capital follows a previous round of $1 Million, putting the total funding to date of the firm since its inception to $1.5 Million.
The team intends to use the funds to continue to promote and expand the Jet Lag app as well as launch their clinical trials to collect data to validate the efficacy of the solutions for both Jet Lag and the new Shift Work protocols. Accelerating this clinical trial will assist in refining the new protocol to solve health and wellness problems that plague more than 750 million workers globally.
“With the leveling off of long-haul travel and our Jet Lag app due to the current pandemic, we believe now is the perfect timing for us to invest in innovation, explore complementary products, and diversify our revenue base. We’re really excited about the expansion opportunities and partnerships this funding unlocks throughout the entire year”, says Uplift CEO - Ted Finn.
