Tide, an innovative FinTech start-up, created a new current account service especially designed for small businesses. One that respects the scarcity of business owners’ time and money, so they can focus on running their business. Packed with useful but simple tools, they’ve built something that their members say is the best current account service in the world.
Q+H were approached to develop an impactful social media campaign. Our solution was to create a hand crafted visual style that focused on the details and hands-on nature of building a business from the ground up.
We created 5 'worlds' for the campaign. Each scene builds with the various papercraft objects, culminating with the Tide card. Every object was designed and handcrafted in the studio, with each scene being built and photographed by our in-house photographer. Following retouching and refinement, we animated each scene, ready for launch.
Tide are evolving and are growing both the number of businesses that use their service but have also attracted a substantial new round of funding. An investment of $14million led by Anthemis and Creandum, who joined the initial $2 million seed from Passion Capital and LocalGlobe.
