STONE London offering online training

Press Release: June 09, 2020

STONE London offering online training programmes to those looking to stay active during lockdown.

STONE's workout plans are designed to fit around the challenging and changing schedules of employees and business owners working remotely on lockdown.

STONE London operate two cutting edge gyms, one in Kensington and one in Bank. They specialise in creating tailored workouts that take in account the body and mind of their clients, understanding their history and lifestyle to build more effective programmes. With their brick and mortar gym locations currently closed due to covid-19, the brand are prioritising their online and remote training programmes.

Their remote training programmes were offered prior to lockdown, but have since become the companies main focus due to current restrictions. STONE say their online training programmes are just as effective as their regular gym plans and can be followed safely in a client's own home with no additional equipment required other than simple video conferencing tools such as a phone, tablet or laptop. The session take the form of 1-on-1 tuition over a video call with the client’s designated trainer

As with sessions in their physical gym, STONE's virtual courses begin with an assessment of their client's current level of fitness and goals. STONE's trainers then use this information to tailor a plan which is perfectly suited to them. Additional focus can be placed in any area which the client desires, be it strength, diet, mental health, rehabilitation or training for a specific sport.

The STONE brand underwent an extensive revamp under new owners in 2019. The brand aims to set itself apart from other boutique gyms by aiming for a deeper, more personal connection with their clients. Their online training programmes are available now via their website.
