We are two decades-plus in business, offering niche talent acquisition solutions for several named businesses in the Asia region. We lay low all these years, invested in building long-standing client partnerships, nurtured a team of high-end recruiters, built capacity and stuck to our delivery commitment all these years. An outreach program was never on the cards till, like all businesses have realized, Covid-19 struck!
We have now been in lock-down for over 60 days and have entered a new normal in the world of business. Our workforce continues to be on duty to serve you and we are grateful that all of them are safe. We did have initial hiccups in setting up a work-from-home process that was fool-proof and productive. However, thanks to existing well-defined processes, switching over to a remote work-style, to us, happened seamlessly. We are now in the next phase, hopefully the final phase, of this journey as the world slowly starts to open up.
Over the last few weeks, we have delivered several initiatives to address customer queries/concerns. Most of the queries received were about availability of people, status reviews of existing projects and the like. It took us just one round of conversations with our customers to ring in normalcy. Many of you, dear customers, have already experienced the merits of working with Technisearch Consultancy. We have also received numerous compliments about our team and how we have stepped up our quality during the COVID crisis. On behalf of the entire team, please accept our sincere gratitude.
We wish to reiterate that personal safety should continue to be the #1 priority. Let's together hope that things will return to normalcy at the earliest.
With more than a hundred search mandates currently active, the good news from us is that not everything has turned gloomy actually.
