Secura Management Ltd has become a Which? Trusted Trader after successfully proving it meets all the requirements set by the consumer champion organisation.
Launched in 2013 by Which?, the scheme aims to help restore public confidence after research revealed only three in 10 consumers expected traders to act in their best interests.
The scheme works by helping consumers make informed choices when looking to find the best traders in their area, whilst assisting organisation differentiate themselves from the competition.

Before becoming a Which? Trusted Trader, businesses must pass a rigorous and independent assessment process that includes a face-to-face evaluation by a Trading Standards representative. Customer feedback and references are also obtained.
Which? Trusted Traders also partnered with Ombudsman Services so that consumers and businesses are able to settle any significant disputes that may arise.
Secura Management Ltd is now able to promote their endorsement across its brands, using the Which? Trusted Traders logo on all its vehicles and marketing literature. The Which? Trusts Trader status can also be used by its brands, Secura Security Systems, Protect Alarms and JR Clegg Security.
