SDS TECHNOLOGY LAUNCHES LONEWORKER SOLUTION
Preston, Lancashire 22nd March 2010: Preston-based company SDS Technology Group has today announced the release of their new 'lone worker' solution in order to extend the security measures of companies with personnel working out in the field.
SDS Technology develops all hardware and software in-house and currently uses Google Maps which gives users numerous options to track fleets and assets in real-time. With the new lone worker product, Guardian, workers have access to simple alarms and alerts which are manned 24/7 for immediate response should anything unforeseen happen.
Company director, Andrew Hardman, explains: Users can quickly and discreetly raise panic alarms in the case of an emergency and the application therefore provides people who work alone with an additional level of protection. This enables companies to provide a necessary duty of care to their staff.
Guardian provides the necessary tools to manage and protect lone and mobile workforces and SDS Technology hopes companies will recognise the benefits of providing their workers with a safe and comfortable working environment.
Guardian can be tailored to meet the exact needs of companies to meet a variety of scenarios so that customers will get as much from the solution as possible.
SDS Technology looks to increase its customer base after adding Guardian to their portfolio and help companies drive their business forward while safeguarding lone and vulnerable workers.
