There's a lot of local history tied up in the premises, now a fully converted, state of the art studios.

The in house photographers and studio founder and creative director Francois Boutemy are renowned for both their technical expertese and strong artistic vision, coupled with the prop and set design wing of the studio and the impressive retouching facility wth 27 inch Wacom tablet, MACs etc this is a studio where you can build, shoot and create world class images.

There are several studios to choose from all suitable for editorial photography, hire ant of these with your own photographer or use the in house team to it's full extent.

The most popular studio is the very large and impressive Studio One which boasts 2000 sq ft of space including shooting area, gorgeous make up room, overlooking client mezanine, plus a green room with fully licensed bar, a pool table and cool graffiti'd courtyard oozing urban artfulness!

Studio Two is upstairs and entirly self contained at 700 sq ft, stunning natural light, oak flooring and high ceilings.

Each studio has colorama, green screen, black out, Wifi, tea and coffee and parking.

Simulacra Studio has additional studios over the road and next door with a cove, skate ramp and 2000sq ft ex furniture warehouse with striped brick walls and antique features such as spiral staircase and giant clock face.

The jewel in their crown is in fact a getaway island studio in Paros, Greece in the Cyclades, 3.5 hours from Gatwick this is a long-stay studio with open air cove, suitable for photographers and videographers available inclusive of accommodation and catering – for far better rates than London !
