Pink Elephant's commitment to leading the profession in IT Training has been recognised with the ITSMF's prestigious "Training Provider of the Year" award. This award recognises organisations for their outstanding customer service, range of training resources, outstanding results and innovative approach to training development and delivery. The award is based purely on customer nominations, and goes to the ITSM training organisation most accomplished in their customer service, range of training resources, training results and ability to support the business objectives of the organisations they serve. The winner, according to the judges, meets each of these requirements admirably, and in the word of one of the customers that nominated Pink Elephant, Nilesh Chokshi (Director at Interoute) "Pink Elephant is known throughout our entire organisation for the quality of the training they deliver and for the successes that we achieve as a direct result of that quality."
Pink Elephant received the award in London at the ITSM Industry Awards Dinner 2015 organised by the ITSMF UK.
