Out Goes Orange, Company looks for a fresh Brand

16 years old mobile service provider, Orange is soon going to vanish from the UK markets. The company is seeking for a merger with local branch of T-Mobile. Orange is among the well recognised brands worldwide.
France Telecoms Orange and Deutsche Telecoms T-Mobile are getting into a merger for their business in UK. This merger will create a mobile giant which will be having 28.4 million users. It would also be enjoying a share of 37% in market. This will come out as best player of the field.

The management promises for, better value, promised expanded network coverage, better network quality and improved customer services.

According to a report, the new company would come up with huge customer benefit plans. These benefits will include improved network for 2G and 3G networks. The broadband services will be provided of enhanced quality which would un-match other mobile networks. The customer satisfaction would be given prime importance and for customer service they'll be coming up with numerous shops.

All this sounds too lucrative. But the question is that what are the substantial benefits to UK customers?
Sharon Wheeler told that Orange has set up a bench mark in the mobile network service providing. The excellent communication is the what he brand means.

She also informed that for the first 18 months the brands would remain separate. After that they will come together with a new name. Although the merger will be a good experience for both the companies, yet Orange should ponder over the thought of how to synergies its potentials, in order to compete the rival O2.
