1. Where did the inspiration for Affiliate Print come from?
Almost 5 years ago our team started offering a standard printing service online. We quickly grew to become the fundamental player in the market and proved time after time that we could deliver online printing orders cheaper, easier and faster than the competition. That’s what we’re still doing; delivering more affordable, easier and faster, printing to you – that’s our passion. Welcome to Affiliateprint.
2. Tell us a little about your expertise in the Printing arena?
We use a wide variety of processes to give a high-quality finish to your packaging, always with colour fidelity which is so critical: we do offset and flexographic printing on state-of-the-art 7-colour machines, using special colours or surface lacquers, holographic film, UV lacquering or stamping. Our specialists take care of processing your details and data in our prepress service centres for flexographic and offset printing. For you this means: shorter paths, quicker delivery, lower costs.
Our roots are in the printing industry so you can depend on Affiliateprint’s traditional strengths. We can produce all facets of your print project in-house with every kind of print material you can imagine. 3. Can you tell us about some of the work you have carried out to date?

We have built ample success stories in the past 5 years. We have worked for media consultants, SMEs, entrepreneurs, accountants, takeaways, restaurants, local businesses, print resellers, fashion designers, photographers, makeup artists, ecommerce stores, general & superstores, and many more.
We were successful in printing deluxe, and the most economical brochures, booklets, magazines and folded leaflets for our clients. Some of our work being carried out overnight and delivered the next morning, we devote our time and consideration to our clients so they can have their dreams printed!
4. What's your greatest client success story?
With consumer packaged foods, customers gravitate toward appealing packaging first and judge a brand by its cover. That’s why a leading and world’s renowned authentic Kashmir food restaurant needed a tool to monitor the quality of its key brands’ equity and packaging print. They were looking for ways to ensure consistent brand messaging, evaluate print quality and monitor and communicate colour expectations. A print quality program was key to be part of the consideration set when selecting future print partners.
We took aim at each of our client’s needs and addressed them with a simplified, yet highly effective, customized print quality management tool for objectively measuring print brand compliance. Our print quality program team, in partnership with their brand design team, set brand colour standards, ink targets and colour metric readings to precisely communicate colour expectations to each printer.
What we have accomplished through this was exceptional;

5. What made you consider wanting to work with independent sales agents?
In these challenging times the creation of the right portfolio of products and services is essential in creating a sustainable business strategy. Ensuring, we have the right business model which delivers profitability and sustainability is something that needs to be looked at again as the economy recovers and the technology that is available and the options for process improvements and throughput opens up new opportunities.
Printing is profoundly more complex and industry conventional boundaries are fading. Technology is bringing competition into backyard and we have the opportunity to similarly follow. Today the basis of competition is increasingly based on capabilities and knowledge. The value-added potential of many businesses is shifting toward knowledge, systemic innovation, and service-based activities. Virtual integration, partnerships, strategic alliances and joint ventures, part of the extended enterprise, are becoming common parts of competitive strategies.
Greater reliance on technology requires greater flexibility to manage both internal and external relationships as well as a more educated and skilled workforce which needs managing in a different way from what has become the norm. HR has a big role to play in these issues and this needs careful planning.
Affiliateprint firmly decided that it’s time to grow business and expand our reach in the National and Global Market. This is where; we started looking for partnering with a world’s renowned platform where we could have access to independent sales representatives. We were hoping to work beyond expectations and boundaries. While there are ample platforms available in the market like LinkedIn and Lynkos but none were offering what we were looking for until we found Commissioncrowd.

The UK is the fifth largest producer of printed products in the world and printed matter contributes almost £700 million to the UK’s balance of trade.
Printing is obviously the dominant activity, accounting for the majority of company turnover (56% on average). Finishing and binding was the secondary activity (19%); followed by pre-press (8%).
Outside the traditional ‘step-before’ and ‘step-after’ activities to printing, mailing and fulfilment provided the next largest contribution to turnover, closely followed print management, web design and database handling.
Our printing presses and mail-fulfillment operations are in-house!

8. What are you plans for the future of Affiliate Print?
We believe that companies should act responsibly towards society, to ensure the world is a nice place to live in together. We believe that the world belongs to everyone, and that we need to work on equal opportunities for all.
Many companies are relatively optimistic about their own performance. The BPIF’s Printing Outlook report (January 2016) noted that 55% considered their companies to be expanding.
This Future Focus study asked respondents for their turnover predictions for three years time. As one might expect, there were increases and decreases forecasted, however the overall average predicted change in company turnover during the three year period was in excess of 20%.
Three years ahead is a short time-frame in which to see much shift in areas of activity. Some growth is expected in pre-press and design for printing, mailing and fulfilment and database handling.
We will be hiring more quality staff in-house, taking on board more sales agents across the Europe to keep feeding Affiliateprint!

11. Please describe the typical sales cycle and process to sales agents.
A well developed, well managed sales cycle is critical to the health of any business. It gives clear visibility of what deals we have at each stage of the process – and where the hold ups are.
Put a follow-up process in place to make sure your customers are happy. This will earn you repeat sales, as well as get you referrals for new leads you can start driving through the sales cycle.
The sales agent markets our products and services in a pool of clients. Upon receiving order from a client, the sales agent will get as many details as possible with regards to the order and forward details to us so we could raise appropriate quotation for the work. The quotation for the order will be forwarded to the client by the sales agent and upon mutual agreement for the order, the client pays directly to us. At this stage, upon receiving payment from the client, we will generate the commission slip for the order and forward it to the sales agent.
Invoices are due within 15 days agents receive commissions. All sales agents are paid upon completion of every successful sale they bring in to Affiliate Print.
12. How do you currently bring in new business or win contracts?
Affiliateprint has over 50 employees including top notch advertising and marketing consultants who are actively seeking new opportunities using existing social netwoks.
We have print resellers in west Yorkshire, sales representatives roaming on streets of Manchester and London actively seeking new opportunities.
We get clients through referrals, our website and products are advertised on various online classified websites. The search engine optimisation team constantly working to rank Affiliateprint on top pages of Google, Bing and other search engines.
Our advertising newsletters and flyers are distributed locally and nationwide every year.
Our prime customers are small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs). Some of our regular customers are takeaways, restaurants, food outlets, ice cream parlour, caffe, fashion designers, photographers, barbers, boutique, taxi companies, and many other online companies.
We are now looking to expand our client base by partnering with independent sales agents.
