The award-winning fintech has worked on various initiatives to support the hospitality sector since launching it’s order & pay platform eight months ago. These initiatives include the Castle Quarter Cafe
project in Cardiff, run alongside FOR Cardiff and Cardiff Council to encourage trade back into the city centre after the first lockdown. The project gave traders the opportunity to serve additional tables through a 240 seat pop-up food court that bought an additional £255,000 in revenue to the city centre within the first 10 days of opening.
Founded in 2017, Yoello is an FCA authorised mobile payment platform that uses open banking to cut out the middlemen and connect merchants and customers’ banks directly. Currently focused on the hospitality sector, Yoello offers a simple, affordable, and secure way to help any venue manage mobile orders and payments.
The Cardiff-based firm has been working closely with local authorities and Business Improvement Districts since the start of lockdown to help businesses re-open and save thousands of pounds in the process.
