Press Release: November 30, 2020
Despite the challenges faced across the country, Montrose Glass have continued to provide their fast response glass repairs to customers in need. To do so, this has involved ensuring COVID-19 social distancing guidelines are followed and customers can feel as relaxed and safe as possible whilst work is carried out in their property. When a customer calls, we need to respond in just the same way as the team has always done, despite extra measures needing to be followed. All of our expert glaziers work alone, so customers do not need to be concerned with having a number of people enter their home. Thanks to the skill and dedication of our team, only one glazier is needed to visit to resolve a problem – it may seem lonely work, but the focus is purely on the job at hand to provide as little disruption as possible.
All of our team are equipped with masks to cover their nose and mouth throughout their callout, as well as hand sanitiser and regularly washing their hands. As they work alone, each has their own fully equipped van, meaning customers can be assured our glaziers minimise contact with other team members throughout the day. Keeping their distance throughout your home at all times, our glaziers can be left to work on a glass repair whilst you sit comfortably in a separate room with a tea or coffee. Where possible, all work will be carried out from outside of the property to minimise the time spent inside.
We value our customers and ensure that when they call on our services, we are there to help. The amount of time spent in a customer’s property by our team is always kept to as minimal as possible, providing an efficient, high-quality, and fast service. We don’t spend longer than is absolutely necessary to resolve any glass issue, and if for any reason our customers are not comfortable or are anxious about having work carried out in their home, we will make adjustments around this. We believe that customer happiness comes first, and we’ll always listen to and work around their requirements.
As we are accredited to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 British standards, as well as members of the Guild of Master Craftsmen and Safe Contractor scheme, all repairs are performed at the highest standards. Since 2012, Montrose Glass has continued to provide a 30 to 90 minute emergency response time and guarantee all work for home, commercial and industrial properties.
