Press Release: October 02, 2015
Less than two more months more to go before the most anticipated fight between the Puerto Rican boxing champ, Miguel Cotto (40 wins and 4 losses), and the young Mexican superstar, Canelo Saul Alvarez (45 wins and 1 loss).
The fight is expected to draw and gather millions of boxing fans from different parts of the world. This will be held in Mandalay Bay Resorts event center in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA on November 21st. This will be the second biggest fight this year next to the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight last May.
Tickets for the fight are priced $3000, $2500, $2000, $1500, $1000, $750, $500. You can call Mandalay Bay Resorts for tickets inquiries.
The negotiation for these two boxers has been gone for about 2 years and a half. The talks about this fight started way back 2012. For some reasons, they didn’t come into an agreement until August this year. For the past few years, they had been facing lots of big names in boxing. For Canelo, he faced, Floyd Mayweather Jr., Austin Trout, James Kirkland, and many more. On the other hand, Miguel Cotto faced Daniel Geale, Manny Pacquiao, and many more.
In the end, both camps are glad that they have now agreed the split of the purse and the venue of the fight. Canelo Alvarez, however, was the underdog of this match though he only has 1 loss and more victories compared to Miguel Cotto.
Boxing fans from different parts of the world were also very happy that the fight that they have been waiting for has come into reality and that they can see a more interesting fight after the very disappointing match between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao last May 2015.
This is a fight that you should not miss. This is a very exciting and interesting fight between the two well-known boxers of all time. You should be expecting a throwing of punches throughout the fight. Both Canelo and Cotto are very hard puncher. You should see this fight this coming November. It will be live via HBO® pay per view.
