Press Release: March 30, 2020
Merrett Survey Limited has launched a dedicated mining surveys website. The geospatial company previously released a new version of their main website, which has soon been followed by the Merrett Mining Survey website.
Just like the main website, the Merrett Mining Survey website was created by fellow Exeter-based company, web developers Media Street. The new Merrett Mining Survey website is designed to highlight one of the company’s key offerings in mining surveying and displays a catalogue of information on not only the mine survey services that Merrett Survey provide, but also on the industry as a whole.
Merrett Survey Limited owner, Peter Merrett, has a background in the mining industry. Having trained as a mining engineer and spent several subsequent years working in the industry, Peter now has vast experience of producing survey work in this field.
Speaking of the release of the mining surveys site, Peter Merrett commented: “We hope the website will provide a source of information for our existing clients in the world of mining as well as providing a window onto our capabilities for new customers”.
On the site, you’ll find everything you need to know about the individual services that the Merrett team provide the mining industry, including their openacast, underground and boundary survey services. In addition to this information, you will also find explanations of the technologies that the Merrett team utilise, such as laser scanning, UAVs ( drones ) and mobile mapping - on and underground as well as on water.
The Merrett Mining Survey site is also home to profiles of each individual team member and a detailed company profile. The organisation profile details the history of Merrett Mining Surveys and outlines some of the key projects that the team has carried out around the globe.
