New iPub app released to assist customers and businesses with COVID restrictions, boost trade by up to 40% and enhance the customer experience in bars and restaurants.


To support the pub and hospitality industry trying to operate within the strict new Government restrictions, leading digital agency Xreflow, based in Southam, Warwickshire, have designed a new app – iPubs.


Working on any smart device (both iOS and Android), the app has been designed to improve table service where customers can no longer go to the bar.  This new app can be easily downloaded - and when ready for service, a simple click on the button will alert staff to approach their table for orders.


When pubs and bars opened back up in July, there were numerous apps devised to cope with the new rules. This led to multiple customer downloads and often resulted in some lengthy delays and customer confusion.  For bars and pubs, it meant employing more staff with a potential impact on the efficiency of service.


iPubs solves the problem of multiple table service apps and has proved to be easy and intuitive for both venues, staff and customers. 


Jo Rigby from the Millstone Hare, Warwickshire adopted the app to improve service when she opened in July.
