How listening to your customers can grow your business

Press Release: September 30, 2015

Founded in 2003; SkyParkSecure set out to provide customers with the best price comparison site for secure Airport car parking across the UK.

Now in 2015 they have over 1 million customers and have exclusive agreements in place to supply airport parking products at discounted prices for several major UK Airports.

How have they done it?

The answer is relatively simple, by listening to what their customers truly want.

SkyParkSecure quickly identified that travellers want to be able to compare many factors at a glance before choosing a suitable airport car parking service, these included:

- Price
- Location of car park,
- Transfer time from car park to airport,
- The security level of the car park,
- Independent reviews from real people

The independent review system of Reevoo allows customer to rate each airport car park out of 10 and give honest feedback on their experience. SkyParkSecure has taken this feedback and given it even more power. Should a car park rating fall below 4/10 it will completely removed from the SkyParkSecure comparison website until improvements are made.

Listening to customers and their feedback is one of the reasons why SkyParkSecure has gained an overall Reevoo customer rating of 94/100.

How can customers be further integrated?

SkyParkSecure have invested into customer testing to find insights into where their customers want them to improve upon. Once the insights are gained a further testing process is co-ordinated to ensure that results are representative for all of SkyParkSecure’s customers.

Customer testing has resulted in:
- The development of a new website (www.skyparksecure.com)
- Re-design of email templates
- Change of imagery usage
- More payment options (Bitcoin)

Listening to customers, giving them more power, and quickly resolving any issues they have are keys to success.
