Gallery will feature fully sustainable prints, and a promise to fund art education

Happy Patron announced today the official launch of their online Social Art Gallery with the vividly heartwarming “Thai Watercolor Flows” exhibition, (www.happypatron.com), which combines the sale of fully sustainable, museum quality artworks, printed on environmentally friendly bamboo-cotton paper, with the mission to fund art education for underprivileged children with every purchase.

“Our gallery introduces a new way for people to buy art. Our customers are social patrons who will be enabling children with limited opportunities to explore their artistic abilities,” stated Happy Patron founder Sahavat “Hut” Tangchitnob. “My life was profoundly changed when I discovered freedom in the arts, and I want to help children experience and develop their creativity as early as possible.”

Tangchitnob grew up in the suburbs of Thailand and never had access to art education as a child. When he moved to New York City for college, he was overwhelmed and excited to be surrounded by, and living in, such a thriving art culture. He also felt he had lost out on an experience every child should have. Tangchitnob made it his mission to foster opportunities for underprivileged children to cultivate their creative cognitive abilities.

The concept of Happy Patron is simple: with every piece of art purchased, they fund art education for a child in need through their Arts for Arts initiative. The initiative is currently active in Brazil and Thailand, with curators in countries around the world evaluating other programs for future involvement. All works sold are museum quality, fully sustainable, limited-edition fine art prints. Each print is hand-numbered and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from the artist. The artists on board hail from around the globe and are invested in Happy Patron’s mission. Prices range from $100-$2000, offering price points that appeal to younger, online-inclined purchasers just building their collections, as well as more seasoned collectors looking to transform their homes while also doing good.
