CHICAGO, IL & OMAHA, NE. — From Now On, a mobile fan engagement provider, has joined FanFood, an online and mobile concessions and merchandise ordering platform, to deliver a mobile, one-stop-shop experience for colleges, high schools, minor league and professional sports venues and events.
Despite delayed seasons and reduced capacity across sports and entertainment venues due to COVID-19, sports teams and live event providers are being prompted to explore innovative solutions for safe re-opening. as they welcome fans back to live events.
By combining the capabilities of both platforms, the two companies will enable teams and venues to own the entire digital fan journey, engaging with them on their mobile devices - before, during and between gamedays.
Each team having the one-stop solution will have a white-labeled app, where fans can check event schedules, book tickets, earn loyalty points, participate in trivia and browse news / highlights all in one place. With the addition of FanFood’s technology, they can also order concessions and merchandise within the app for express pickup or in-seat delivery. Orders can be placed before the event for scheduled pickup or during the event, meaning even fans not at the venue can order on their phone for curbside pickup or delivery to the car.
