VideoCentric have announced significant enhancements to VideoCloud 365, it’s secure & highly interoperable UK based Virtual Meeting Service. The new enhancements include a new web client for administrators to manage and maintain Virtual Meeting Rooms, and in-depth data and statistics to help customers recognise and maximise Return on Investment of both their VideoCloud 365 service and video enabled devices.
The new enhancements to VideoCloud 365 provides flexibility for IT administrators to manage and control access to their whole organisations VMR portfolio through a single online portal, accessible from anywhere on any device.
The new VideoCloud functionality also enables enhanced reporting and statistics, with both organisation wide statistics and specific Virtual Meeting Room data presented in an easy to digest manner. The new reporting and statistics feature also allows administrators to access finer details of specific conferences and users, including jitter, operating systems and packet loss, and even software versions of devices connected to each individual conference.
