We have recently updated our business strategy and have expanded our areas of operation as outlined in the following sections illustrating our main services of Groundworks, Piling, Foundations, Drainage, Concrete Reinforcement Works, Concrete Slabs, Basement Construction, Underpinning and Demolition.

Construction Services Management Limited – CSMANLTD – have covered major projects involving concrete reinforcement foundations, concrete slabs, piling, groundworks, drainage, foundations, demolition, basement construction, underpinning and concrete - works across all over England and rest of the UK. Where its main area of operation is in London and Greater London, as well as encompassing the home counties of Surrey, Kent, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, Middlesex and Hertfordshire.

We are based in Hayes Middlesex in the London Borough of Hillingdon, which is an outer London borough. The main towns it comprises include, Hayes, Harlington, Ruislip, Northwood, Uxbridge, Harefield, Rickmansworth, Yiewsley, West Drayton as well as Heathrow Airport and its surrounding villages. We have covered many construction projects involving groundworks, waterproofing, basement construction, underpinning, drainage, foundations, piling, demolition, concrete formwork, concrete works and demolition.

Neighbouring to Hillingdon and Uxbridge is the London Borough of Harrow, a outer London Borough. The main towns and villages it includes are, Wealdstone, Stanmore, Rayners Lane, Pinner, Kenton, Queensbury, and other smaller villages – where we have also covered major groundworks projects involving piling, groundworks, drainage, foundations, demolition, basement construction, underpinning and concrete works.

London Borough of Brent is another borough in outer London where we have also covered major underpinning and concrete works, groundworks construction involving piling, drainage, foundations, demolition and basement construction. Brent also neighbours, Hillingdon, Uxbridge, Harrow, Wembley, Watford and other towns and villages such as Barnet, Camden, Westminster and to the South East, Hammersmith and Fulham. Brent encompasses the towns of Kingsbury, Wembley, Willesden, Harlesden, parts of Hampstead and Kilburn.

Next to Hillingdon and Uxbridge heading west is the London Borough of Ealing. This is also a outer London borough and Ealing includes the major towns of Southall, Greenford, Northolt, Acton, Perivale, parts of Wembley and Park Royal. We have done plenty of projects, piling, groundworks, drainage, foundations, basement construction and underpinning.

To the south of Ealing, there is the London Borough of Hounslow embracing the towns of Chiswick, Brentford, Isleworth, Feltham and the villages of Heston, Cranford, Bedfont, Hanworth and parts of South Acton, where Hounslow borders Hillingdon, Ealing, Uxbridge, Southall, Heathrow Airport, Richmond Upon Thames and the Borough of Spelthorne in Surrey - and to the east of Hounslow there is the London borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. Our work over the years in Hounslow has been piling, concrete reinforcement works, groundworks, drainage, foundations, basement, underpinning and concrete works..

To the north of Uxbridge is Beaconsfield, a town located in Buckinghamshire. It is located approximately fifteen to twenty miles west from the centre of London. Beaconsfield is an idyllic place and includes Enid Blyton and Benjamin Disraeli the Prime Minister of UK from 1868 to 1880 as its famous residents. It also hosts the National Film and Television School. The parish of Beaconsfield has the following towns neighbouring it, Slough, Amersham, Gerrards Cross and High Wycombe. Here in Beaconsfield, High Wycombe and the surrounding towns, we over the years been active in doing major ground work projects which have involved, basement construction, foundations, concrete works, underpinning, piling and concrete reinforcement works.

Slough is another town that neighbours Beaconsfield. Slough is located in the district of Berkshire and is located twenty miles west of London. Neighbouring Slough are the main towns of Reading, Windsor, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Ascot and the villages of Langley and Iver. Over the years in Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead, Reading and the surrounding towns we have been carrying out construction works that required major groundworks, piling, basement construction, underpinning and concrete works, foundations and drainage.

Spelthorne is in a Surrey borough and served by Spelthorne Borough Council. It embraces the towns and villages of Sunbury on Thames, Laleham, Shepperton, Stanwell, Staines and Ashford. It also neighbours Heathrow, Windsor, Maidenhead, Reading, Slough, Hillingdon and Hounslow. It is also adjacent to the borough of Runnymede and Elmbridge, which includes the town of Weybridge. Similarly like Slough we have carried out construction works that required major piling, basement construction, groundworks, underpinning, concrete works, foundations and drainage.

There are three major counties in around London, Middlesex where we Construction Services Management Limited - CSMANLTD - is based as well as Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, Surrey and Kent. They cover a very large geographical area for example Surrey County Council includes the towns of Farnham, Chertsey, Camberley, Woking, Staines Upon Thames, Ashford, Epsom, Leatherhead, Dorking, Guildford, Godalming, Haslemere, Reigate, Redhil and Horley. In and around these counties, Middlesex, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Bedfordshire and towns we have done construction works groundworks, piling, basement construction, underpinning and concrete works, reinforcement concrete works, foundations and drainage. Kent on the other-hand leads on from Surrey and Kent contains the major towns of Canterbury, Chatham, Dover, Faversham, Folkestone, Gillingham, Gravesend, Herne Bay, Rochester, Sandwich, Sheerness, Sittingbourne and Whitstable.
