Press Release: April 19, 2010
Located at one of Liverpools most famous heritage sites, the Albert Dock, Circo Restaurant offers stunning panoramic views to accompany its international cuisine and dramatic interior.
The theatrical concept that gives the restaurant and bar their signature style was inspired by the owners visit to an old bar in France, frequented by off-duty theatre and circus performers. With dramatic statues of life-size black stallions in the restaurant and a life size polar bear in the bar just two of the many distinctive dcor features, the restaurants unique interior will mesmerise children and adults alike.
With dishes created by Head Chef Stephen Burger, the award winning a la carte menu is designed to offer unique and complimentary flavours. Signature dishes include Surf and Turf with half a Canadian Lobster, Duck Spring Rolls and Fillet of Manx Beer. For vegetarians, a creamy Pumpkin Risotto and Goats Cheese Ravioli are among a wide variety of menu options.
After eating, diners can take a stroll outside and take advantage of the prime location on the waterfront or, make use of the restaurants proximity to the bar by reserving a booth in the glamorous celebrity-frequented bar and receive full table service.
Jason McNeil, Co-owner of Circo, enthuses: With our magnetic atmosphere and cosmopolitan menu offering mouth-watering flavours from modern Europe and further destinations, Circo Restaurant guarantees a memorable dining experience.
