Since we have taken up a position of a customer-centred retailer, we would like you to try some new shopping experiences. English-Brands.co.uk is carrying on negotiations with SPSR and USPS to implement a click&collect service into our daily business activities.
This option has already become a core of multichannel delivery for many companies – from brick-and-mortar shops to e-commerce pure-plays. The main advantage of the service is convenience for a customer. Browse for the finest garments, purchase it online, and pick up your parcel at location and time of your choice.
• Receive your collection notification. When your parcel is formed, we will let you know it's ready to collect by sending you a message. Choose the appropriate way of informing – by e-mail or SMS. The message will contain a special ID-code.
• Pick up your package at the nearest point of delivery. You can do it at a store chosen from the list of accessible locations. You don't have to print off your ID-code – just show it to an employee. Moreover, you can ask someone else to pick up your parcel on your behalf.
• Make a refund if needed. This option is still available, if you choose click&collect service. If you change your mind, you have 14 days since the order date to return your purchase and have your money back.
