How to immigrate to Manitoba?
MPNP provides an immigration pathway to skilled immigrants via which they can provide a steady stream of immigrants into the province who can help in the development of the province by filling the gap in the local labor market.
A skilled immigrant means that the immigrant must be having work experience in an occupation that is categorized under National Occupation Classification (NOC) NOC skill level 0, A, or B. Manitoba provincial nomination program (MPNP) has categories to provide an easy and simple way to apply for permanent residence visa and these categories with different Canada PR Visa process are as follows:
Skilled Workers in Manitoba – This category for skilled workers is locally driven and is based on the needs of Manitoba’s local labor market demands. Temporary foreign workers and international student graduates who are currently working or studying in Canada and has received a job offer can apply under this category
Skilled Workers Overseas – Via this category skilled immigrants outside of Manitoba can apply for provincial nomination and can apply for a permanent residence visa in the province.
International Education Stream - This new category is dedicated to Manitoba graduates to provide international students graduating in Manitoba and responds to industry needs quicker pathways to appointment.
Business Investor Stream - This stream allows Manitoba to recruit and appoint qualified investors and entrepreneurs from around the world who have the intention and the ability to start or buy a business in Manitoba.

What are the points requirements to move to Manitoba?
As mentioned above, candidates need to score at least 60 points in the Manitoba point assessment grid to be eligible under the Manitoba provincial nomination program (MPNP).

Bonus: Intention to reside outside Winnipeg
The entire above factors total to 100 points and candidates need to score a minimum of 60 points to be able to apply under the Manitoba Provincial Nomination Program (MPNP).
