British Columbia immigration office has launched a new skills immigration registration system (SIRS) on January 27, 2016, to gives candidates a score that will be determined whether they will be invited to apply for permanent residency or not. Strategic Projects Category: Through this category, foreign companies can establish themselves in the province. Five key foreign supervisory, professional or technical staff may be nominated for permanent residence.
