Many of her plant-based recipes are vegan versions of traditional local favorites like simple tofu poke, mouth-watering Loco Moco with vegan eggs, and Spamish Musubi. There are foundational recipes for vegan butter, kombu, shiitake and vegetable broths, bacon bits, even vegan mayonnaise. Lillian creates Asian-fusion dishes with Japanese umami flavors, hearty meals like stews and burgers, and variations of vegan cheeses—from sun-dried tomato cream cheese to an ultimate cheese sauce made from cashews that will change your perception of cheese forever.
