Luxury Academy London today launch a monthly subscription service for small to medium sized businesses to receive regular on-site training for all of their staff from £27 per staff member per month. Called The Training Partnership, subscribers can access all of Luxury Academy’s core training, plus any bespoke programmes designed specifically for the company for a monthly subscription. The scheme is aimed at businesses who would like to implement consistent employee development programmes but have been unable to do so because of the high cost usually associated with hiring an external training partner.
Director of Luxury Academy London Paul Russell said: “The Training Partnership is suitable for firms in all service sectors and has been developed in response to the large number of enquiries we receive from smaller companies who are eager to give their staff, through high quality training, the tools and skills they need to succeed in their jobs. Until now, the stumbling block has usually been the cost. It takes considerable investment to put an entire team onto training workshops but with our partnership, these firms can now train their staff in sales techniques, effective communication, telephone skills, leadership and customer service in a way that is both affordable and manageable”.
Adds Paul: “The crucial thing for any firm comes in ensuring that every employee is delivering to the same high standard, resulting in happy customers every time. We offer three subscription levels; economy, standard and premium, each offering an inclusive number of training days per month. Training days are flexible and can be carried over, which is useful in busy periods. The partnership is ideal for businesses who may experience high staff turnover such as in retail or hospitality, with a steady stream of staff to train who would benefit from a consistent training service, but is also ideal for developing the skills of settled or permanent staff. Training days can be delivered in everything from induction and brand standard programmes for new starters to advanced leadership skills for senior managers”.
