As part of its continued commitment to increase capabilities across the Nordic region, 360Leaders has promoted Madeleine Astell to Consultant, Nordics.
Madeleine is an experienced Consultant with a background in HR and recruitment in the Nordics. As a Swedish national, she has been with the firm for two years, specialising in international scale-up, turnaround and transformational hires.
Madeleine is most known for the recent CEO hire at Confirmit, where Kyle Ferguson went on to become one of the Top SaaS CEOs in Europe. She specialises in the Nordic talent eco-system and has brought game-changing talent to Verdane, MemoryAI, Spacemaker, Cognite, Tacton, Greenely and many more companies across the tech industries of SaaS, Investment, Sustainability, FinTech, Gaming and E-commerce.
Madeleine studied Business & Administration at Stockholm University and Geneva School of Economics and Management. She also has a Diploma in HR Management and is certified in OPQ32, MAP and Matrigma.
