Parity Professionals flagship recruitment academy is open to anyone looking to break in to a career in recruitment. Working alongside industry experts, the successful candidates will take part in a comprehensive 6-month training programme, offering trainees a unique all-access pass to the recruitment business, allowing them to gain a broad range of experience. Throughout the programme, candidates have support from experienced senior recruiters. New recruits will be helping to play apart in shaping the future of Parity.
