Maidenhead – December 17th, 2009 Synverse, an innovative software services company, has launched a groundbreaking multiservice portal that automates the service ordering and provisioning from resellers through direct built-in connections to a wide range of wholesale telco service providers. The Customer Acquisition Portal (CAP) solution accelerates order capture, eliminates manual errors and improves customer satisfaction. The solution is provided as a Managed Service on an advanced hosting platform.
