Spread some ranch dressing on the bun and put in the chicken mixture and top with a piece of romaine lettuce. Now your quick recipe is ready to serve. 2. Easy Egg Recipe
2.4 boiled Eggs, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup of Light Mayonnaise
2 Celery Stalks (no ends or leaves), chopped
1 Green Onion
3 strips Bacon – cut into 1 squares, cooked crisp and drained
2 tablespoons of White Horseradish, drained well
2 tablespoons of Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of Red, Orange or Yellow pepper, finely chopped
To taste: Salt
Slowly toss the eggs,bacon, celery, onions and chopped pepper together in a medium-size bowl to mix. combine the horseradish, half of the parsley and mayonnaise together in a small bowl then fold into the rest of the ingredients. For taste use some salt.
